Location
Greater Toronto Region Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday – Friday with rotational Saturday and Sunday shifts available. Daytime only – no night shifts. Overtime may be required on occasion.
Full Time Cleaners
We are currently hiring full-time cleaners/housekeepers to join our rapidly expanding team. Our Cleaners arrive at each cleaning job fully equipped, and use our provided supply of eco-friendly cleaning products and tools.
Growth
All of our team leads over the last decade have started in the Cleaner role and were promoted internally. We’re seeking long term committed team members to grow with us and become part of the CleanSpace family.
Compensation and Benefits
$17-19 starting hourly salary, paid travel time, car-pool and reimbursement for travel, performance awards, and yearly bonus Biweekly pay, 100% of cash tips are kept by Cleaners Hourly rate is reviewed every 6 months during a bi-annual performance review, allowing for a potential increase in salary, and position advancement Opportunities for advancement include: Team Lead, Trainer, Quality Control, and Customer Service associate 2 weeks paid vacation time, and 9 paid annual statutory holidays.
Requirements:
A passion for helping making a difference in your community. Physically fit Positive attitude, friendly demeanour. Housekeeping experienced is preferred, but not required. Completion of fully paid in house training program. Completion of a background check will be required as a condition of successful employment
Responsibilities:
Provide cleaning services to homes, condos, and commercial offices.Follow our intensive cleaning checklist to maintain high cleaning standards. Develop and nurture positive and professional relationships with clients
